SAP Contract Specialist – What You’ll be Doing:
- Inputting Sales and Purchase orders to SAP
- International delivery coordination in compliance with trading regulations and procedures
- Communicate with suppliers/venders and customers to make sure delivery schedule is being met.
- Issuing invoices and receiving payments in timely manner (chasing outstanding accounts receivable).
- Liaising with customers and overseas offices in relation to enquires/tenders, sending offers and receiving PO’s. This includes customer visits mainly inside Europe, if required, and company travel policy permits
SAP Contract Specialist – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Lots of SAP experience is essential
- Experience in administering international trade (commercial terms, export documentation, VAT, Foreign Exchange), ideally in an oil and gas, or metal business environment
