A tragic incident occurred in Abia State after a large billboard collapsed, killing several people who were under it at the time of the accident.
This was revealed in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) by user @General_Somto, who also uploaded a video showing the aftermath of the collapse.
The video captures the massive billboard lying flat on the ground while bystanders scramble to help those trapped underneath.
Although the exact cause of the collapse is yet to be confirmed, the impact resulted in multiple fatalities. The bodies of some victims can be seen in the video, with many others feared injured.
Shocked passersby are seen trying to rescue those affected, while the scene draws growing concern and commentary from the public.
