<li>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Pharmacy to oversee the operations of our retail pharmacy chain.</li>

<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail pharmacy stores.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain high operational standards to enhance customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and develop a skilled pharmacy team.</li>
<li>Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, excellence, and customer focus.</li>

<p><b>Requirements/Qualifications</b></p>

<li>Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree, with a valid pharmacist license.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of proven success in the retail sector, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, excellent leadership skills, and the confidence to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful leadership and management.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Confidence, boldness, and the ability to make strategic decisions.</li>
