Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Pharmacy to oversee the operations of our retail pharmacy chain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail pharmacy stores.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain high operational standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled pharmacy team.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, excellence, and customer focus.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting professional growth and performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall performance and profitability of the pharmacy chain.
  • Uphold and enhance the reputation of the pharmacy by ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and implement solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree, with a valid pharmacist license.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of proven success in the retail sector, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, excellent leadership skills, and the confidence to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence, boldness, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.
