<p> Community Mental Health Nurse Pay Rate: £26 per hour (assignment rate)</p>
<p> Location: Croydon, London</p>
<p> Contract Type: Locum, 3-Months</p>
<p> Hours: Full-time, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday &#8211; Can accept part time too if workers want part time down to 3 days per week</p>

<p> Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse: </p>
<ul>
<li>Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing</li>
<li>Experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse</li>
<li>NMC Registration</li>
<li>Experience working in an NHS setting</li>
<li>Significant experience working as a CPN or OT care-coordinator, in older adult community teams, is essential</li>
<li>Having a full driving licence and a care for travel for work is ideal, as Croydon is a large geographical area</li>
<li>Able to demonstrate they have experience using various psycho-social interventions for wellbeing in dementia</li>
<li>Dementia care mapping qualification, or experience completing psychological formulations in MDT</li>
