<p><b>Job description</b>: <b>About The Role</b></p>
<p> Firstpoint Healthcare are currently recruiting Mental Health Care Assistants to work with the NHS in the Macclesfield area!</p>
<p> Pay Rates: £11.21 &#8211; £19.05 per hour depending on shift pattern.</p>
<p> The trust provides a number of services ranging from Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU&#8217;s), Inpatient Mental Health Wards, CAMHS, Dementia Wards, Learning Disabilities Units and Rehabilitation Units.</p>
<p> What your day to day role would include; </p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting both children &; older adults with severe Mental Health issues</li>
<li>Providing &; receiving informative handovers</li>
<li>Performing 1:1 Eyesight Observations</li>
<li>Note Taking</li>
<li>Supporting patients with everyday needs</li>
<li>Accompanying patients to hospital appointments</li>
<li>Liaising with mental health nurses and doctors on the wards</li>
</ul>
<p> As we are an agency, we can support your availability. So whether you want to work part time shifts around your current rota, work around your studies, or want to work with us full time, we work completely around you!</p>
<p> Location: SK10</p>
<p> Shift Patterns: 07:30-20:00, 19:30-08:00</p>
<p> We offer an hourly rate of up to £22 per hour based on shift pattern. We operate a weekly payroll service so this allows you to get paid every Friday! (get that Friday feeling EVERY Friday!)</p>
<p> Applicants must have 1 years worth of UK support work experience in the last 2 years &; experience working with children/young adults with Mental Health needs. Applicants must also be able to provide evidence of their MMR vaccination. Without these requirements, you will not be considered for the role.</p>
