 Work Hours: Mornings (8am &#8211; 6pm) only and alternate weekends</p>
<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Apply clinical knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and treatment of hospital patients / clients without any form of sentiment or bias.</li>
<li>Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patients’’ lab results and encounter.</li>
<li>Monitor and provide general and follow up care to outpatients and inpatients admitted in the wards.</li>
<li>Liaise with the consultants and specialists on patients’ medical condition.</li>
<li>Provide health education and supports to patients and their relatives in a detailed manner.</li>
