<p><b>Job Description</b></p>

<li>The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in capturing visually compelling content to showcase our properties and enhance our online presence.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Video Production: Conceptualize and plan video shoots for residential and commercial properties.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Agent/ sales team to understand the unique selling points of each property and develop a creative approach for video content.</li>
<li>Execute high-quality video production, ensuring that the footage aligns with the company&#8217;s branding.</li>
<li>Virtual Tours: Develop immersive virtual tour videos for selected properties, providing potential buyers with an interactive and detailed walkthrough experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify properties that would benefit most from virtual tours.and marketing objectives.</li>
<li>Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to produce polished and engaging videos.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to make necessary revisions and ensure the final product meets the company&#8217;s standards.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.</li>
<li>Camera Operation: Operate and maintain professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure proper framing, composition, and focus to capture the best possible footage.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cinematography equipment.</li>
<li>Post-Production: Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for video content.</li>
<li>Location Scouting: Conduct on-site visits to potential properties to assess the best angles and lighting for video shoots.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations for improving the visual appeal of properties based on cinematographic considerations.</li>
<li>Equipment Management: Maintain and organize all cinematography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.</li>
<li>Keep an inventory of equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.</li>
<li>Adherence to Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of video content.</li>
<li>Communicate any potential delays or challenges to the team in a proactive manner.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Cinematographer or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architectural cinematography work.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using video editing software and a good understanding of post-production processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of current trends in cinematography and video production.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and take creative initiative.</li>
