As our Marketing Manager your role encompasses the leadership of our marketing endeavors in the UK. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the brand’s presence and driving business growth.
Tasks
- Develop and execute tailored strategies for the UK market to boost leads, brand awareness, and reputation.
- Work closely with channel managers, analyze market performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective campaign planning.
- Stay updated on UK market trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage interactions with suppliers, partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors for mutual benefits.
- Lead social media community management, content creation, and posting aligned with UK marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including marketing tests, UK partner program, fringe benefits, events, contests, and testimonials.
Requirements
- You should boast a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns, focusing particularly on the UK market.
- Your analytical mindset is a key asset, along with your experience in handling budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Possess a solid grasp of key marketing channels, encompassing SEA, affiliate marketing, social media, and newsletters.
- An in-depth understanding of British consumer behavior, cultural nuances, market trends, and the media landscape is crucial for success in this role.
- Your command of English should be at a native level, and you should display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
