<p><b>Job description</b>: <b>The Role…</b></p>
<p> Overseeing an exciting and diverse group of restaurants predominantly based in London, Soho House are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager responsible for driving awareness, footfall and revenue for Dean Street Townhouse, Cafe Boheme, Electric Diner, High Road Brasserie and Kettner&#8217;s &#8211; plus three Cecconi&#8217;s sites in London and one in Bicester. The role will also provide strategic support for 8+ Cecconi&#8217;s restaurants internationally.</p>
<p><b>Main Duties…</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Email Marketing: Launch monthly newsletter communications for UK Restaurants: Cecconi&#8217;s (UK sites combined), Dean Street Townhouse, Cafe Boheme, Kettner&#8217;s, High Road Brasserie, Electric Diner.</li>
<li>Social Media: Manage IG accounts for 4 x UK restaurants: Dean Street Townhouse, Cafe Boheme, High Road Brasserie, Electric Diner. Work with global social team on strategy and content for @cecconisrestaurants global IG account.</li>
<li>Websites: Maintain and optimise web presence and content for all sites, plus work with wider digital and marketing teams to shape web development strategy for restaurants to support bookings and data capture.</li>
<li>Creative: Plan and manage quarterly photoshoots for all UK restaurants, for assets to be used across social, email, web, press.</li>
<li>Local Search: Build the organic search presence for sites and oversee maintenance of Google Business location listings. Monitor public listings on Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other public data aggregators.</li>
<li>OpenTable: Identify opportunities to drive additional visibility and revenue via Opentable platform, as well as maximising use of booker opt in data for marketing and communications.</li>
<li>Press &; Media: Work closely with in-House Media Comms teams (UK and international) to identify opportunities for media coverage, including influencer strategy.</li>
<li>Data Capture: Develop public data capture strategy.</li>
<li>Paid Media: Devise strategies to support awareness, footfall and customer acquisition via paid media channels as appropriate.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We Are Looking For…</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li>
<li>Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Thorough experience managing digital marketing channels for restaurant brands.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build great relationships with a wide range of stakeholders</li>
<li>A genuine passion for F&;B and restaurants, and someone with their finger on the pulse of the UK food scene</li>
<li>Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
