<p> Do you love espresso, tea, or pastries? If you love making people&#8217;s day, then we encourage you to join the Market of Choice team as a Barista! Joining our bakery team as a Barista also gives you an opportunity to advance in your Bakery career to become a bakery clerk, baker, or cake decorator. Positions start at $15/hour up to $17.50/hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $18.75/hour.</p>

<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<p> No experience necessary, we will train you! You must be 18 years or older.</p>
<p><b>DUTIES</b></p>
<p> Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.</p>
<p> As a Barista, you will assist customers in selection, recommendations, and stocking of our delicious products.</p>
<p> Some of your duties will also include:</p>
<p> &#8211; Accurately prepare a variety of espresso &; coffee drinks per customer request<br />
 &#8211; Stock, market, &; sell pastries, coffee cakes, etc.<br />
 &#8211; Cashiering duties<br />
 &#8211; Helping maintain related equipment<br />
 &#8211; General house-keeping</p>
