Manchester United’s young talents stole the spotlight in a 3-0 victory over West Ham at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo, both 18, along with Rasmus Hojlund, who celebrated his 21st birthday, played vital roles in securing the comfortable win for the Red Devils.

Garnacho scored two crucial goals in the 49th and 84th minutes, taking his tally to seven goals for the season.

Hojlund who celebrated his birthday, opened the scoring with his fifth goal in six games.

Despite West Ham’s early pressure, it was United who took the lead through Hojlund’s superb finish.

The young striker’s control and clinical strike from the edge of the area left West Ham goalkeeper Alphonse Areola with no chance.

West Ham struggled to convert their chances, with goalkeeper Andre Onana making crucial saves to deny the visitors.

Onana, back from a disappointing Africa Cup of Nations campaign, displayed moments of brilliance, including a vital save from a deflected header.

United’s dominance was evident as they extended their lead through Garnacho’s deflected shot.

Despite West Ham’s efforts to comeback in the game, United’s defense ensured a comfortable victory.
