<p><strong>Manchester United</strong> are monitoring Southampton goalkeeper <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/aaron-ramsdale"><strong>Aaron Ramsdale</strong></a> as doubts grow over both Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir following another defensive collapse in the Premier League.</p>
<p>Head coach Ruben Amorim dropped Onana for Sunday’s 4-1 defeat to Newcastle after a string of high-profile blunders.</p>
<p>However, he watched his replacement, Bayindir, endure a nightmare display capped by a costly error leading to Newcastle’s fourth goal.</p>
<p>The performance has exacerbated United’s ongoing goalkeeping concerns ahead of a critical Europa League quarter-final second leg against Lyon on Thursday.</p>
<p>Ramsdale, who is set to leave relegated Southampton at the end of the season, has emerged as a priority target.</p>
<p>Despite the Saints’ poor campaign, the 28-year-old has maintained a strong reputation and is viewed internally as a dependable option due to his Premier League experience and leadership qualities.</p>
<p>According to The Sun, United scouts have been tracking Ramsdale’s performances in recent weeks.</p>
<p>The England international is also attracting interest from West Ham, where manager Graham Potter reportedly sees him as a cornerstone for his summer rebuild.</p>
<p>Clubs from abroad have also expressed interest, but Ramsdale’s preference is to remain in the Premier League to strengthen his claim for a national team spot.</p>
