We&#8217;ve gone beyond to satisfy customers by adding more to it like crabs, snails, grilled chicken, all fishes, grilled turkey, lobsters and so much more served the local way with palm oil pepper sauce, Ugba and utazi. Boleboxx caters to events, parties, office lunches and so much more. We do lots of outdoor vending as well to showcase this rich food culture in Lagos.</p>

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Translates Boleboxx strategic business plan into the tactical plan and operational plan accordingly and provides the department heads with guidance to define and achieve their assigned KPI&#8217;s.</li>
<li>Provide periodically the Management Committee with reports on operational and business performance, results, budget and investments, in close cooperation with the management team.</li>
<li>Oversees the company’s ERP software for planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions thereby providing opportunities for individual and corporate growth.</li>
<li>Builds company image by collaborating with customers, and employees and enforcing ethical business practices within company’s internal and external environment.</li>
<li>Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.</li>
<li>Monitors the performance of the management team, analyze the weekly department reports, organizes effective staff meetings and suggests improvements where needed.</li>
<li>Build &; maintain strategically important client relations. Involve key internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Increases management&#8217;s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities;</li>
<li>Provides safety leadership, mentoring and effective coaching skills to the organization and team members.</li>
<li>Performs assigned duties and responsibilities by Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer and any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Interested candidates should possess an HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years of experience.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communications.</li>
<li>Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.</li>
</ul>
