<p> The Manager of Canadian Vehicle Safety leads and manages a team with overall responsibility for government investigations, campaign administration and product analysis for our products in Canada, including adherence to all regulatory and internal reporting obligations.</p>
<p> Position includes significant interface with external groups including Transport Canada and Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers Association, as well as internal cross-functional teams including TSRC Investigation Team, Product Development, Office of the General Counsel, Mopar Technical Service Operations, Mopar Customer Care, and Warranty Finance.</p>

<p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent international degree</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in cross-functional roles with increasing responsibility</li>
<li>Must be able to handle multiple assignments and meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining zero tolerance for mistakes</li>
<li>Working knowledge of multiple automotive systems</li>
<li>Superior communication skills required with the ability to clearly communicate in written and verbal to internal and external agencies</li>
<li>Ability to breakdown complex issues</li>
</ul>

<li>Must have passion for excellence and drive to deliver in the face of obstacles and time constraints</li>
<li>Legally eligible to work in Canada</li>

<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a combined ME and EE degree from ABET accredited university</li>
<li>Preferred experience within Vehicle Safety, Federal Regulations, Product Development, or Customer Experience</li>
