<p>The man highlighted the alarming nature of the issue, emphasizing that such practices could lead to medication errors, endangering patients’ lives.</p>
<p>In his post, he wrote: <em>“Doctors need to stop doing this, it is not okay. It causes medication errors, and the danger it poses to everyone involved (especially patients) is alarming! I can actually understand what he wrote, but it’s still so annoying.”</em></p>
