<p><strong>Manchester United’s</strong> coaching staff are reportedly growing frustrated with <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/rasmus-hojlund"><strong>Rasmus Højlund</strong></a>, as the Danish striker’s goal drought extends to 16 games.</p>
<p>Højlund, who arrived from Atalanta for £72 million in 2023, endured another frustrating outing during United’s 2-2 draw with Everton.</p>
<p>The team scored both goals after he was substituted for 17-year-old Chido Obi, a move that was met with cheers from traveling fans.</p>
<p>According to the Manchester Evening News, some of Rúben Amorim’s backroom staff have been critical of Højlund’s performances, particularly after his blunt display in the 1-0 defeat at Tottenham earlier this month.</p>
<p>However, the coaches are reportedly still encouraging him in training to help him regain form.</p>
<p>The Danish international’s last goal came in a 2-1 Europa League win over Viktoria Plzen on December 12.</p>
<p>Since then, he has struggled to find the back of the net despite continued faith from the club.</p>
<p>With Ipswich Town visiting Old Trafford on Wednesday, Højlund will be desperate to end his barren run and avoid further pressure.</p>
<p>A loss for United could also raise fears of an unthinkable relegation battle, with just a 13-point gap separating them from the drop zone with 12 games remaining.</p>
