Man recounts how his visit to his son’s university took an unexpected turn after being asked to take off his earrings before being allowed to enter the DSA’s office.
The man identified as @VillageParrot took to X to reveal that he had recently visited his son’s university.

According to him, when he wanted to enter the Division of Students Affairs office, he was barred and told to take of his earrings.
He noted that he had given a piece of his mind to the authorities there for trying to police his style.
“I went to my son’s school the other day and one of the university officials asked if I could take off my earrings before entering the DSA’s office.
He will never try that again with anyone till the day he’ll leave this world,” he wrote.
“Maybe because I’m a young parent. They never used to believe I’m a parent. They used to believe I was coming to their school for girls, using a boy in their school as cover. Until I caused a serious issue one day for them,” he added in response to a tweet.
