A Nigerian man, who was called broke by a lady during a dating show, challenged her to spell “fifty” correctly in exchange for ₦50,000.
However, she embarrassed herself by spelling it as “FITY.”
The incident, captured in a viral video circulating on X (formerly Twitter), shows the man being mocked and “broke-shamed” by the lady.
In response, he attempted to prove his financial status by offering her ₦50,000 if she could correctly spell “fifty.”
Confidently accepting the challenge, the lady attempted to spell the word but ended up saying, “FITY” instead of the correct spelling.
“If you spell fifty thousand, I’ll do a giveaway of ₦50,000 for you,” the man had said.
In response, the lady simply said, “FITY.”
