<p>In the video, the man expresses his frustration, explaining that after returning to the UK, he received a message stating that he must register to vote, with a warning that failure to comply could lead to a fine of up to £80.</p>
<p>In his response, he can be heard saying, “<em>£80 for what? £80 because I said I don’t want to vote? I don’t want to vote, is it by force?”</em></p>
<p>He went on to declare his reluctance to participate in the electoral process.</p>
