About the role:

Activate Learning is offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to contribute to the LSIF project, overseeing financial and reporting compliance for all LSIF sub-projects spanning across Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the LSIF Project Manager, Activate Learning Finance team, partner colleges, and the Department for Education (DfE) as the project’s funding body. Your responsibilities will extend to working closely with project partners, assisting in the creation of compliant documentation, ensuring a unified approach towards department targets, adopting and reviewing policies and procedures, and meeting both external and internal deadlines.

This is a full-time position with a fixed term until March 2025, flexible home-working could be available subject to the need to come into campus on occasion in Oxfordshire or Berkshire.

What do you need to be a successful project coordinator at Activate Learning?

To thrive as a Project Coordinator at Activate Learning, we seek a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and an ability for meeting deadlines.

While prior experience in the Further Education (FE) environment is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
