About the Opportunity:
– We are currently looking for a lot of skilled LPNs for an honorable, state-funded and fully accredited health care facility located in Chelsea, MA
– For over 100 years, they offer Residential and Long Term Care programs to eligible Massachusetts Veterans
– Your main responsibility is to provide basic care to patients, including taking vitals, ensuring the comfort of patients, and administering medications under the supervision of RNs and doctors.
LPN Responsibilities:
– Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs
– Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition
– Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
– Assists physicians and registered nurses
LPN Qualifications:
– 1+ years of clinical experience as an LPN
– An active professional license
– Any experience working with elderly patients or veterans is preferred
