<li>As the spearhead of our logistics operations, you&#8217;ll be more than just a manager; you&#8217;ll be a visionary leader, a strategic thinker, and an efficiency champion. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for delivering promises and exceeding expectations.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Your Mission</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient movement and delivery of ecommerce shipments, targeting a 93% delivery ratio within strict 24-hour windows.</li>
<li>Strategic Implementation: Lead the management of the full order cycle, focusing on minimizing delivery times and maximizing efficiency in the ecommerce domain.</li>
</ul>
<p> Team Support &; Coordination: </p>
<ul>
<li>Recruiting efficient delivery agents in accordance to the recommendation of the tier of state document and maintaining an organized structure.</li>
<li>Support a robust team of delivery agents, maintaining a 94% availability rate, preferably with experience in ecommerce delivery.</li>
<li>Compliance &; Quality Assurance: Oversee 3rd Party Logistics partnerships and internal teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, with a focus on ecommerce standards.</li>
</ul>
<p> Performance Monitoring: </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring timely reports from delivery agents.</li>
<li>Participate in the production and analysis of performance reports, emphasizing delivery timelines and CRM metrics in the e-commerce context.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate stock counts, inventory reconciliations on ERPREV and Google Sheets and report generation, with an emphasis on ecommerce products.</li>
<li>Process Enhancement: Refine inventory and cash handling processes, ensuring efficient operations in the e-commerce sector.</li>
<li>Financial Oversight: Work on financial record management in ERPrev and SniperCRM, aiming for an 80% monthly delivery rate in e-commerce transactions.</li>
<li>Inventory Management: Implementing measures to prevent theft and loss of stock.</li>
<li>Technology Adaptation: Quickly adapt to CRM tools like Snipper CRM and EPR Rev, with a focus on e-commerce applications.</li>
</ul>
<p> Are You the Right Fit? </p>

<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, HND, SSCE / GCE / NECO or FSLC qualifications.</li>
<li>Experience or strong interest in logistics and operations management, preferably in the ecommerce delivery space.</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ready to face new challenges.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a talent for teamwork.</li>
