Responsibilities
The Engineer – Licensed Professional (Permits) is assigned to the Permits unit of the Engineering Division. The Engineer – Licensed Professional (Permits) will performs various complex engineering assignments such as plan reviews for subdivisions, condominium sites and large-scale commercial developments including stormwater systems, and drain improvement projects and supervise lower-level engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering; AND
- Five (5) years of experience as a Civil Engineer; AND
- Professional Engineer License in the State of Michigan; AND
- A valid Michigan Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
