As a Lettings & Hospitality Services Manager, you will be required to
- Manage all aspects of rental properties
- Manage all maintenance
- Managing a team of 2 underneath you, the team would be remote.
- Making sure that guests are happy in the guest accommodation side of the business.
- Travelling to different accommodations to do spot checks
- You will work closely with your manager and there will be times where your input is important and you need to be able to challenge them.
- Scheduling and overseeing regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and safety compliance
- Ensure all properties are to a legal standard
- Performance reviews with your team
- Assist in recruiting staff
You would need experience in the following:
- Proven experience in property management
- Proven experience in the service accommodation sector
- Experience in guest services
- Understanding of dynamic pricing
- Strong organisational skills
- Forward thinking and proactive
- Can positively challenge people
- Proficiency in property management software such as MS office suite, PowerPoint, HostAway
- Attention to detail
