<p> A Day in the Elmington Life: As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community&#8217;s reputation.</p>
<p> To be successful, you will need to </p>

<li>Effectively manage the community&#8217;s reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing.</li>
<li>Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market.</li>
<li>Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.</li>
<li>Think creatively and go way beyond the box by conceptualizing new ideas to improve the business.</li>
<li>Work with passion and take pride in what you do.</li>
<li>Be an effective listener who offers helpful solutions.</li>
<li>Possess great energy, enjoy challenges, and constantly set and reach new goals.</li>
<li>Execute successfully Elmington&#8217;s non-negotiables for property performance.</li>

<p><b>The Essentials</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Some multi-family property management experience required.</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication.</li>
<li>Administrative and organizational tasks.</li>
<li>Presenting a professional image.</li>
<li>Customer service focused.</li>
<li>Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software.</li>
<li>Preparing, locating, and compiling information and documents.</li>
<li>Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.</li>
<li>Thrive in a team environment.</li>
<li>Willing to develop and learn.</li>
</ul>
