<p><b>Job description</b>: Are you an experienced Lead with solid UI Programming under your belt and ready to take on your next challenge? We are searching for a Lead UI Programmer to join a renowned team that is supported by the best names in the business and develops successful games! &#x1f3ae;</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee a team of experienced programmers, coaching senior team members to excel and providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with multidisciplinary teams of programmers, designers, and artists to align UI development with overall game objectives.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Develop large UI features, utilizing your expertise to enhance the usability and accessibility of live products and shape the user experience of products in development.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI design and technology, applying innovative solutions to create compelling user interfaces.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in UI programming, demonstrating proficiency in UI design and implementation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience leading a team of programmers, with a proven ability to inspire and guide team members effectively.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>UE4 and UMG experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong programming skills in C++.</li>
</ul>
<p> This role can be fully remote anywhere in the UK and EU. Visa support and relocation available for those who want to work on-site.</p>
