 <br /> School Fees Function: </p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare School Bills for All Students</li>
<li>Update Students’ Records</li>
<li>Update cash receipt journal</li>
<li>Prepare report of fees and extract the outstanding fees</li>
<li>Prepare Billing Summary</li>
<li>Receive bank tellers and raise receipt via the cash receipt journal</li>
<li>Prepare termly school fees reconciliation.</li>
</ul>
<p> Students’ Population Statistics: </p>
<ul>
<li>Prepares weekly report of students’ population</li>
<li>Update students’ class list.</li>
</ul>
<p> Treasury Function:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Petty cash reimbursement function.</li>
<li>Bank imprest reimbursement function</li>
<li>Bank reconciliation function</li>
<li>Prepare of cash flow statement.</li>
<li>Maintenance of School Bank Account and supporting ledgers.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Others:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Involved in the school day-to-day running expense decisions</li>
<li>Work with the Head of School to prepare the budget</li>
<li>School financial analysis</li>
<li>Budget implementation and monitoring with regular variance analysis reports.</li>
<li>Advisory and follow-up on cost management.</li>
<li>Prepare the school’s financial statements.</li>
<li>Maintain Fixed Assets register.</li>
<li>Oversees inventory management and reporting.</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide constant supervision and care for students within the residential setting.</li>
<li>Promote a safe and healthy living environment by enforcing rules, routines, and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Address students&#8217; physical, emotional, and psychological needs.</li>
</ul>
<p> Community Building: </p>
<ul>
<li>Foster a sense of belonging and community among students.</li>
<li>Organize and participate in group activities, discussions, and team-building exercises to encourage positive relationships among residents.</li>
<li>Mediate conflicts and promote conflict resolution skills among students.</li>
</ul>
<p> Emotional Support: </p>
<ul>
<li>Offer emotional support to students, acting as a trusted adult figure they can confide in.</li>
<li>Recognize signs of emotional distress or behavioral issues and take appropriate action, including communication with relevant school staff.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Communication:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain open lines of communication with students, school administrators, teachers, and parents/guardians to share relevant information regarding students&#8217; progress, well-being, and concerns.</li>
</ul>
<p> Academic Support: </p>

<li>Monitor students&#8217; academic progress and ensure they are completing their assignments and meeting academic goals.</li>
<li>Provide assistance with homework, studying, and time management skills.</li>
</ul>
<p> Life Skills Development: </p>
<ul>
<li>Teach and encourage essential life skills such as personal hygiene, time management, organization, and self-care.</li>
<li>Promote responsible decision-making and independence among students.</li>

<p> Emergency Response: </p>

<li>Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including medical situations, accidents, and natural disasters.</li>
<li>Follow the school&#8217;s protocols for emergency procedures and ensure students are safe and accounted for.</li>

<p> <b>Administrative Tasks:</b> </p>

<li>Maintain accurate records of student behavior, incidents, and achievements.</li>
<li>Report any significant issues or concerns to appropriate school personnel.</li>

<p> Residential Environment Management: </p>

<li>Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the residential area.</li>

<p> Professional Development: </p>

<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>

<li>Candidates should possess a B.Ed, B.Sc + NCE / B.Sc (ED), PGDE / PDE / M.Ed Degree</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience of the subject (German).</li>
<li>Must be a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.</li>
<li>Good knowledge in the use of interactive display board</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.</li>
<li>Candidates must stay within Agbara or its environs (Festac, Amuwo-Odifin, Badagry etc).</li>
