<p> 1.) Procurement Officer</p>
<p> Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos<br />

<p> <b>Responsibilities</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers</li>
<li>Encourage continuous improvement in competitive bidding practices</li>
<li>Track and schedule all materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders</li>
<li>Open new accounts as needed</li>
<li>Track inventory levels and manage purchasing activities</li>
<li>Develop and maintain inventory control procedures</li>
<li>Manage claims and losses</li>
<li>Review supplier proposals and invoices</li>
<li>Discuss and analyze material and equipment needs with architects and engineers</li>
<li>Track and report budgets by month, budget variance, and actual budget</li>
<li>Develop cost control plans</li>
<li>Document policies and procedures</li>
<li>Coordinate with staff, operations personnel, and outside agencies to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available when needed</li>
<li>Improve operations through process improvements</li>
<li>Develop and implement systems to monitor vendor performance</li>
<li>Attend vendor meetings</li>
<li>Assist with contract.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills, and demonstrated ability to synthesize information from many sources</li>

<li>Administer first aid in the event of injuries.</li>
<li>Set up and implement health and safety programs.</li>
<li>Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.</li>
<li>Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.</li>
<li>Provide emergency treatment at the construction site when required</li>
<li>Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.</li>
<li>Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.</li>
<li>Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Recognized, accredited and registered (RN) Nurse (ER, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience with full work history preferably in construction industry</li>
<li>First Aid or other emergency medical training/teaching certification and experience.</li>
<li>Primary Health Care experience.</li>
<li>Working knowledge or practical experience of occupational health systems, reporting procedures and classifications.</li>

<p> <b>Job Description</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Candidate will work with the MEP Director on a variety of projects using computer aided drafting (CAD) software.</li>
<li>Candidate must be capable of preparing multiple view drawings, detail drawings, electrical ad Mechanical schematics, block diagrams and technical illustrations.</li>
<li>Must have the skills to review engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established client specifications and standards.</li>
<li>Ability to organize complete system drawing packages. Drawings include complex design features that require considerable drafting skill and experience to visualize and portray.</li>
<li>Up to date knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in Electrical/Mechanical drafting within the Construction industry.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b><br />
 <br /> <b>The candidate must:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Have a Degree or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.</li>
<li>An excellent hands-on problem solver with at least 5 years of experience.</li>
<li>Be experienced in the use of computer-aided design and software development. (AutoCAD is preferred.)</li>
<li>Be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: 150000 &#8211; 220000 per month<br />
