1.) Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Manager – Nigeria

Position overview

  • We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Manager, to join our dynamic team in Africa Operating Unit. This role will focus on Nigeria and report into the RGM Director for the franchise.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in the beverages or FMCG sector, and prior experience (8+ years) in various RGM and/or commercial disciplines including product portfolio strategy (design, implementation, and management), pricing, and translating strategy into execution.
  • This individual should also demonstrate the ability to lead large-scale strategic projects, effectively navigating across strategy design and tactical execution with robust project management approaches.
  • Future career advancement opportunities include progressing through RGM market leadership roles, transitioning to franchise leadership, or moving into other functional areas of the business such as commercial, strategy, finance, category leadership and more.

What You will Do

  • Develop RGM strategies for assigned set of markets, working closely with franchise leaders to assess and co-create relevant solutions to drive portfolio growth
  • Analyse relevant market trends and develop insights to inform RGM strategies (e.g., consumer, competitor, industry, and macroeconomic trends)
  • Take overall leadership of RGM strategic projects in the franchise, driving the strategic agenda while building buy-in across company and bottler teams
  • Lead RGM governance routines to ensure delivery of key RGM initiatives across the franchise, and be a network connector to activate relevant expertise within the Operating Unit while ensuring initiatives are ‘in-sync’ with the broader Operating Unit strategy and key initiatives
  • Be a local champion for deepening RGM capability within the franchise system, taking responsibility for deployment of capability programs and tools rollout across the franchise

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Additional analytical, financial, or commercial qualifications are beneficial

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate critical insights in a clear and compelling manner
  • 8+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in FMCG or related sectors, including RGM, Commercial planning, and commercial execution

2.) Analyst, Franchise Operations

Position Overview

  • Leads development of insights via analysing internal and external data sources and drawing meaningful conclusions: Drives the metrics required to guide the execution of strategy across various customer and commercial disciplines Like RGM and Shopper / Channel development.

Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities

  • Leads Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) Analytics projects in order to drive deeper understanding of customer and category insights in modern trade.
  • Liaises with other functions to coordinate research and data requirements of the team and ensures timely conclusion of the projects.
  • Supports the development of the integrated commercial plan for both Modern & Traditional
  • Trade to impact the consumer at the point of sales linked to specific metrics.
  • Enables exceptional execution.
  • Supports development of activation toolkits and “how to” guides as required by project (eg: Revenue Growth Management toolkit)
  • Leads score carding and creation of a single source of truth database for the Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) KPIs (eg: volume, revenue, incidence, operating income growth, out of stock reduction, Right Execution Daily, etc).
  • Serves as the liaison with Operating Unit teams to provide data and other routine inputs and ensures compliance to reporting routines.
  • Responsible for assisting in implementing key initiatives in conjunction with the customer and commercial execution team (examples include deployment of Execution Cup, model market development, etc).
  • Sources customer and commercial best practices and develop innovative.
  • Ways of sharing these across the system to enable rapid deployment and scaling.
  • Leads creation of Single source of truth for Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) KPIs
  • Develops & coordinates routines for the franchise team, working with key stakeholders. Reports status according to agreed standards / metrics.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-4 years of working experience in Customer & Commercial or other related area preferably in a multi-country/multi-bottler environment.

  • Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of Nielson is an advantage

3.) Plant Quality and Environment Manager

Job Location: Nigeria

About The Position

  • The Quality and Environment Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and indirectly to the Country QSE Manager and has the overall responsibility for the effective implementation and management of Quality, Food Safety, and environment processes, programs, and initiatives in the entire Plant Supply Chain operation, leading all Continuous improvement drives to sustain same in compliance to applicable CCH, TCCC, Local and International regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and drive all Quality Improvement initiatives and measures to achieve effective operations of all bottling equipment that could have a negative impact on product quality and ensure the proper functioning of all laboratory equipment, water treatment plant, syrup mixing and effluent treatment plant, all in compliance to applicable CCH, TCCC, Local and International regulations and standards.
  • Ensure the Housekeeping /Hygiene of infrastructure and work environment within the manufacturing and total plant operating area.
  • Ensure implementation of Consumer complaints reduction programs and initiatives.
  • Handle Consumer Complaints in a proactive and efficient manner that ensures the complainant’s satisfaction
  • Lead all audits (certification, surveillance, or re-certifications)
  • Lead sessions for Root Cause Analysis ( RCA) and development of Corrective and Preventive Action Plans ( CAPs) for all non-conformances observed during internal and external audits and Regulatory inspections
  • Create awareness of OHS among associates and training them on OHS requirements
  • Champion and coordinate the full implementation of Food Safety Management System in the facility.
  • Provide leadership for and facilitate the formalization of plants’ manufacturing / operational processes.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Pest control of the total plant including associated storage facilities.
  • Ensure full implementation of HACCP and microbiological monitoring programs within the manufacturing function.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Housekeeping Standards
  • Ensure plant operations are in compliance with all local and TCCC requirements on the Environmental Management System set to preserve and protect the operating environment through effective, effluent management & discharge, solid waste management and disposal, hazardous energy control and environmental metrics collation.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Management Sciences or Engineering, Biochemistry or related disciplines.
  • A Master’s Degree or such higher qualification in any of the above fields is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Coca-Cola Hellenic QSE policies, CSR policies and processes
  • Lead Auditor qualifications for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18000/ ISO 45000, ISO 14001
  • Good knowledge of CSR & QSE and stakeholder management ( internal/external)
  • Experience in compliance and audit management systems in food industry
  • Ability to work with quality data analysis with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent Technical knowledge of Carbonated Soft Drinks and associated beverage products (Manufacturing, Handling and Storage requirements)
  • Operational experience in QSE area (Knowledge of Food Safety, Food Engineering, Packaging, Microbiology, and Chemistry principles, EOSH Principals, KORE)
  • Good and fundamental understanding of the Bottling and packaging process/production process, including Water Treatment and Effluent Waste management.
  • Good knowledge of Local and International Food Regulations (CODEX, NAFDAC, SON, FCCPC).
