<p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business</li>
<li>Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth</li>
<li>Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets</li>
<li>Maintaining client activities in CRM</li>
<li>Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs</li>
<li>Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up</li>
<li>Developing rapport with key decision makers</li>
<li>Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients</li>

<li>Administer and maintain the company&#8217;s network infrastructure, servers, and computer systems.</li>
<li>Ensure the proper functioning of hardware, software, and network components.</li>
<li>Perform regular system backups and data recovery processes.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Train employees on best practices for IT security and data protection.</li>
<li>Install, update, and manage software applications, ensuring license compliance.</li>

<li>Design, develop and maintain teaching resources to ensure the best experience for the Guards.</li>
<li>Maintain safe working practices and a safe environment for the Guards.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver dynamic learning programs that meet the needs of guarding department and utilize multiple and diverse teaching and learning strategies.</li>
<li>Deliver employability training in a group setting that engages the staff through an in-depth differentiated and tailored learning experience.</li>
<li>Manage data for guards including initial assessment, enrolment, daily registration of training attendance and ensure all requests &; support needs are processed efficiently.</li>
<li>Deliver learning programmes flexibly across the loactions.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with developments in training methodology and security issues.</li>
<li>Plan and deliver functional skills as an embedded part of the training programme.</li>
<li>Assess departmental needs and set robust plans and targets to meet their needs.</li>
