The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially released the results of candidates who sat for the rescheduled 2025 UTME.

This was announced via the board’s official handle, @JAMBHQ, on X (formerly Twitter), along with instructions on how candidates can check their results.

The post read: “The 2025 UTME resit and underage UTME results have been released. To check the results, candidates are to send ‘UTMERESULT’ in capital letters to either 55019 or 66019, depending on the number used to generate their profile code during registration.”

An attached document titled “Release of the Result of the 2025 UTME Resit Examination and Other Related Matters” further detailed the development.

It stated that the results were for candidates who sat the exam in centres affected by certain disruptions.

It also noted that the incident exposed several alarming practices involving some candidates, school proprietors, and CBT centres, which contributed to exam malpractices.

Following the release, many candidates have confirmed seeing their results.

Confirming the release, an individual shared a result with the caption: “This is the first JAMB resit result I woke up with. This youngster was wrongly graded 170 due to the error and now 301 in just 48 hours of preparation.”

“Finally, our students have been vindicated.”
