<p>An Ivorian <strong>man</strong> who made the rounds after he was captured on camera getting too close to a lady during an <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/?s=afcon" rel="noopener"><strong>AFON match</strong></a> finally opens up on what he was telling the lady as he apologizes to his wife and kids for his actions.</p>
<p>The man, known only as Anselme Santos, has taken to social media and expressed <strong>regret</strong> to his spouse and children for the widely shared video of him.</p>

<p>He may be seen leaning very near to a Senegalese woman in the footage, whispering in her ear. The woman retreated a little as he leaned in closer, but it didn’t stop him.</p>
<p>According to lip readers, he was requesting the woman’s phone number.</p>
<p>Anselme said:</p>
<p><em>“I told her ‘give me your number’. But she didn’t want to. So I didn’t insist. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to the lady, my wife, and my children!”</em></p>
