<p><b>The Role:</b><br />
 &#8211; Provide a high level Customer Service to European speaking customers<br />
 &#8211; Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly<br />
 &#8211; Respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner<br />
 &#8211; Work with internal departments to ensure the business is run efficiently<br />
 &#8211; Gain continuous knowledge of holiday group requirements and offers<br />
 &#8211; Able to negotiate supplier rates and always buy at the best possible price<br />
 &#8211; Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs and meetings as directed.</p>
<p><b>Candidate&#8217;s Profile</b></p>
<p> &#8211; Excellent command of English<br />
 &#8211; Fluency in Italian with additional fluency in French &#8211; Advantageous<br />
 &#8211; Experience working with tour operators or similar service provider such as hotel receptions/sales, booking agency or similar<br />
 &#8211; Good knowledge of UK as a destination and its tourism products<br />
 &#8211; Positive, Problem solver, confident and dynamic personality<br />
 &#8211; Good team player / Excellent communication skills<br />
 &#8211; Excellent attention to detail / IT literate</p>
<p><b>Salary</b></p>
<p> Up to £33,000 DOE + Benefits</p>
