<p><b>Job description</b>: Emagine IT has an immediate need for a IT Service Desk Technician (Tier 3) to join our team in support of our Prince Georges County contract located in Largo, MD. No Security Clearance is required, but a background check, Drug Test &; Fingerprinting, Drivers license and Driver&#8217;s record is required.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities include:</b></p>
<p> Provides Deskside and phone support to county employees in many different locations within Prince Georges County. The candidate must be to do the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide great customer service to all county employees, contractors and vendors</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide desktop support for a Windows 10 environment</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Active directory experience with changing, unlocking passwords, adding and removing users from groups</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Creating User Accounts</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot Hardware and software issues for Dell computers, Surface Pros and Some MACs, HP, cannon, sharp and other printers and scanners.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Install and update mobile devices</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide problem resolutions and be able to successfully research solutions to difficult problems</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide software/hardware installation support</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Use SCCM to reimage computers and other functions as necessary</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to use Office 365</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Create update SOP/Documentation a must</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to drive to several locations to assist users (Having a car is necessary)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Other responsibilities as required</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must have Windows 10 experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have Office 365 Experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have Active Directory Experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have great written &; verbal communication</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have Customer Service Skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or 3 years’ experience with current required certifications</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware related issues</li>
</ul>
<p> Additional Requirements (optional)</p>
<ul>
<li>Some leadership experience</li>
</ul>
<p> *Candidate must meet the vaccination mandate and Drivers License requirements given by Prince Georges County Government.</p>
