Job title: IT SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN (TIER 3)

Job description: Emagine IT has an immediate need for a IT Service Desk Technician (Tier 3) to join our team in support of our Prince Georges County contract located in Largo, MD. No Security Clearance is required, but a background check, Drug Test & Fingerprinting, Drivers license and Driver’s record is required.
Responsibilities include:
Provides Deskside and phone support to county employees in many different locations within Prince Georges County. The candidate must be to do the following:
- Provide great customer service to all county employees, contractors and vendors
- Provide desktop support for a Windows 10 environment
- Active directory experience with changing, unlocking passwords, adding and removing users from groups
- Creating User Accounts
- Troubleshoot Hardware and software issues for Dell computers, Surface Pros and Some MACs, HP, cannon, sharp and other printers and scanners.
- Install and update mobile devices
- Provide problem resolutions and be able to successfully research solutions to difficult problems
- Provide software/hardware installation support
- Use SCCM to reimage computers and other functions as necessary
- Must be able to use Office 365
- Create update SOP/Documentation a must
- Must be able to drive to several locations to assist users (Having a car is necessary)
- Other responsibilities as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have Windows 10 experience
- Must have Office 365 Experience
- Must have Active Directory Experience
- Must have great written & verbal communication
- Must have Customer Service Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or 3 years’ experience with current required certifications
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware related issues

- Some leadership experience
