<p> Job Objective(s)</p>
<ul>
<li>Respond to external and external support calls</li>
<li>TranzWare Online (TWO) System Availability</li>
<li>Increase transaction processing efficiency and avoid unplanned downtime</li>
<li>Transaction Processing Monitoring and escalation of critical issues</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Duties &; Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Issue Resolution for internal and external customers</li>
<li>Processing Centre (TWO ,TWO FEP and other Transware applications) Systems Availability</li>
<li>System Operations Support</li>
<li>Transaction Processing Efficiency</li>
<li>Respond to external and internal support within agreed SLA terms</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 0-4 years of experience.</li>
</ul>
