Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and manage our IT department.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to ensure the seamless functioning of our organization’s technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for technological advancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate with executive management to integrate IT strategies into overall company plans.

Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization’s technology infrastructure.
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of networks, servers, and systems.
  • Implement and manage IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance and security standards.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT projects with business goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.

Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate contracts with technology vendors and manage vendor relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions to meet business requirements.

Security and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard the organization’s data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Budgeting:

  • Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget.
  • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on team leadership and strategic planning.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience overseeing complex IT projects.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
