<p> Job Position: IT Manager<br />
 Job Location: Lagos<br />
 Employment Type: Full-time</p>
<p><b>Job Objectives</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversees the IT functions of the bank, our ideal IT Manager is expected to have an expert knowledge of the industry best practices and stay up to date with advances.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b><br />
 Supervision: </p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and supervise the bank’s Systems, Network, and Infrastructure</li>
<li>Align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements.</li>
<li>Implement and manage digital innovations.</li>
</ul>
<p> IT Governance &; Security: </p>
<ul>
<li>Manage IT Budgets, forecast, and enforce cost- effectiveness deliverables.</li>
<li>Evaluate risk, develop network recovery and backup process.</li>
<li>Ensure that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.</li>
</ul>
<p> Software Administration &; Maintenance: </p>
<ul>
<li>User Creations to all the IT systems</li>
<li>Testing, Troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.</li>
<li>Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems</li>
<li>Provide remote and onsite technical support for end users.</li>
<li>Communicate with the software vendor regarding software upgrades, CRs, bug fixes etc.</li>
<li>Review software maintenance agreements against the SLA and take actions.</li>
<li>Restore backups frequently to check the completeness</li>
<li>Monitor the application usage and over/under utilization of license</li>
<li>Identify existing license and over/under usage for all system and application software</li>
<li>Facilitate software licensing audits</li>
<li>Manage software project implementations; coordinate with end users and vendor.</li>
<li>Prepare project plan and manage IT projects.</li>
</ul>
<p> Hardware maintenance: </p>
<ul>
<li>Repair and Maintenance of Hardware</li>
<li>Coordination with Vendors with regard to hardware issues</li>
<li>Trouble Shooting &; Assistance with regard to computer related Issues onsite and offsite</li>
<li>Following Up After Sales Maintenance &; Warranty Covers.</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor Service Level Agreements</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Skills &; Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science is required</li>
<li>5 years of work experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge of architecture processes and performance reports of operating systems</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to assess and recruit top candidates, train new IT staff, supervise and motivate team members for high-performance</li>
