<p> <b>Overview:</b><br />
 <br /> We are looking to immediately a position on SMRD development team. The SMRD effort is to assist our Navy client in developing one consolidated software solution to develop shore manpower requirements. More specifically, we are looking for a junior/mid IT Business Analyst.</p>
<p> <b>Basic requirements:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience with requirements analysis</li>
<li>Secret clearance</li>
<li>HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred)</li>
<li>Experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA</li>
<li>Experience with distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria</li>
<li>Ability to gather requirements, analyze data and conduct in-depth analysis of business workflows to identify areas of improvement and determine solutions for issues</li>
<li>Ability to facilitate current-state mapping sessions and conduct user or stakeholder interviews</li>
</ul>
