<p>Inter Milan are reportedly considering a loan move for out-of-favour <strong>Manchester United</strong> midfielder <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/mason-mount"><strong>Mason Mount</strong></a>, with an option to buy.</p>
<p>According to InterLive, the Italian club are looking for a long-term replacement for Henrikh Mkhitaryan (36) and sees Mount as a potential fit.</p>
<p>However, United may be required to cover a significant portion of his £250,000-a-week wages to facilitate the deal.</p>
<p>Mount, signed from Chelsea in 2023 for £55 million, has struggled with injuries, making just 32 appearances and contributing one goal and one assist for United.</p>
<p>The 26-year-old is currently sidelined with a leg injury but is expected to return in March.</p>
<p>With speculation growing over his future at Old Trafford, it remains to be seen whether United will offload the England international or if he will reclaim a place in Ruben Amorim’s plans.</p>
