A Nigerian lady who meant to buy 1 terabyte of data accidentally purchased a recharge card worth N101,000 to the wrong number.

In an X post, Juliet Godwin stated that she purchased a recharge card for an outdated phone number she no longer used by mistake.

Fortunately for her, she was able to transform the airtime into data despite the stress.

“Wanted to buy 1 TB data, I mistakenly recharged 101k mtn airtime to a wrong number on Sunday. After not-so-helpful calls with MTN customer care, I just got it transferred with the help of a friend who works there into the right number.”

Some social media users have reacted to the post of the lady.

@voosiki asked: “Wow. Connections in high places. How long does it take you to use up 1 terabyte?”
