Job Requirements
The candidate must:
- Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other common areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and stock linen closets.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchen areas.
- Handle customer complaints and requests.
- Report lost and found items.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Willingness to be trained.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
- The housekeeper will be required to bend, crouch, kneel, stand, walk, and climb stairs.
