The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is to make tennis Relevant, Accessible, Welcoming and Enjoyable.

The Major Events and Digital Transformation team are responsible for delivering the LTA’s programme of events driving visibility and enjoyment to new and existing audiences. The role of the Hospitality Coordinator is to lead and provide support across all LTA’s Major Events including Queen’s, Birmingham, Eastbourne, Wimbledon, Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup.

Contract: 12th February 2024 – 15th August 2024

What we’re looking for in you…

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Hospitality Manager in the completion of admin, pre-event preparation, operational tasks.
  • Support and coordinate events delivery for hospitality on Birmingham, Eastbourne, Queens, Wimbledon, Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup tournaments.
  • Lead the on-site hospitality delivery at Birmingham and potentially Billie Jean King Cup qualifier ties.
  • Support the delivery of partners hospitality activations on all tournaments.
  • Liaise with staff, internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful hospitality activations and delivery.
  • Must be available from 10th June to 19th July 2024 to work across our Summer events

Experience

  • Must have experience in hospitality, ideally in Sporting Events
  • Ability to travel across the country & work unsociable hours
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Obtain excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
