The role of Health Care Assistant is varied and no two days will ever be the same but will always be rewarding.
Some clients just need a helping hand and a listening ear, whilst others will need more hands on support.
Don’t worry if you don’t have prior experience, we provide full training and the chance to shadow experienced carers and our friendly office team are always there to help too.

When it comes to hours, we try to be as flexible as we can to meet your needs but will require some availability during evenings and weekends.
You will also need reliable transport to ensure you can get to visits on time and help our clients get out and about.
Skills and qualities required
- No previous experience needed as full training provided
- Must be 18 or over
- Must hold a full UK Drivers Licence, with access to own vehicle
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be flexible to work between the hours of 6:30am – 23:00pm
- Dedicated, caring, punctual and driven with a positive attitude
- Reliability, trustworthiness and Punctuality
- Must be able to travel around Clitheroe, Langho, Whalley, Sabden and Ribble Valley areas to different clients
- The right to work in the UK
