Job Description:
SMART Education would like to recruit High School English teacher for a well-known school.
This health and social care teacher position will be offering additional support within a secondary school setting in Birmingham, within their sixth form college.
This English teaching position will commence ASAP, starting on a 3-month temporary basis, with potential of going permanent.
The schools are looking to hold interviews and lesson observations as soon as possible.

They like to collaborate with local communities, schools, and beyond and require people who can support this in an administrative way.
As a full time Health and Social Care Teacher the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
- Teach Health and Social Care A-Level
- Assess, mark and plan lessons.
- Assess achievements of pupils.
- Provide progress reports and attend parent’s evening & department meetings.
- Adhere to all behaviour policies that may be in place.
Qualifications Required:
At least 12 months teaching health and social care within a school/university environment
A certified QTS, preferred but QTLS will also be considered
Salary: £145.12 -£215.89
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm, potential temp to perm.
