<p><b>Job description</b>: Flourish Education are recruiting for a full time Health and Social care Teacher to work in a Secondary school near Kings Heath. This Health and Social care Teacher role is starting in January until July on a full-time basis. Their pupils and staff have strong, caring, professional relationships grounded in mutual respect and a determination to succeed.</p>
<p> The duties of a Health and Social care Teacher will involve teaching engaging and informative lessons across key stage 4 and 5. This Health and Social care Teacher role will involve whole class teaching responsibilities including planning, marking, and attending CPD sessions.</p>
<p> This Health and Social care Teacher role is due to start in January and is until the end of the academic year.</p>
<p> To apply to this Health and Social care Teacher role, you will need the following.<br />
 · QTS- Qualified Teacher status or (QTLS) Health and Social care (ECT’s are encouraged to apply)<br />
 · Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School is essential.<br />
 · Excellent understanding of the Health and Social care curriculum<br />
 · Able to teach Health and Social care up to Key Stage 5<br />
 · A strong recent School reference.<br />

<p> Responsibilities as a Health and Social care Teacher<br />
 · Whole class teaching responsibilities including planning and marking.<br />
 · Driving improvements in Health and Social care GCSE and A Level grades<br />
 · Monitoring and ensuring pupil progress.<br />
 · Delivering informative but engaging Health and Social care lessons for students across Key stages 4 and 5.</p>
