Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of School located in Lekki.
- The Head of School is responsible for the smooth operation and academic performance of the school.
- The role will involve overseeing the school’s curriculum development, educational leadership, communication with staff, students and parents, and conducting research to ensure the school’s educational standards are met.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, or related field
- Strong background in Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, and Education
- Experience in a leadership role in a school or educational institution will be beneficial
- Experience with virtual and in-person learning systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, students, and parents
- Experience in conducting research to ensure academic excellence of the school
