<li>This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of School located in Lekki.</li>
<li>The Head of School is responsible for the smooth operation and academic performance of the school.</li>
<li>The role will involve overseeing the school&#8217;s curriculum development, educational leadership, communication with staff, students and parents, and conducting research to ensure the school&#8217;s educational standards are met.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s Degree in Education, or related field</li>
<li>Strong background in Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, and Education</li>
<li>Experience in a leadership role in a school or educational institution will be beneficial</li>
<li>Experience with virtual and in-person learning systems</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, students, and parents</li>
<li>Experience in conducting research to ensure academic excellence of the school</li>
</ul>
