<p> Our client are a 360 Advertising platform based in Lagos that uses programmatic media buying to achieve customer acquisition. They employ next levels of innovation with Dynamic QR, Rich media Ads, Push Down, In-Banner Videos and more to further broaden the target users experience with the promoted brands. They merge consultancy with proper media buying and creativity to ensure that the brands receive the results and useful data to grow and more.</p>
<p><b>Role Description</b></p>
<p> This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, developing new client relationships, and managing key accounts. The Head of Sales will also analyze sales data and provide insights to the leadership team, identify market trends and opportunities, and forecast future sales trends.</p>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Sales skills, including experience with B2B sales and account management</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Team management and leadership skills, including experience leading and inspiring a sales team</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Sales management skills, including experience with creating and implementing sales strategies, forecasting, and analyzing sales data</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and providing insights to leadership team</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in the advertising industry is a plus</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field</li>
</ul>
