<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
 Graphic Design: </p>
<ul>
<li>Create visually compelling graphics, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.</li>
<li>Design and optimize graphics for online platforms, ensuring alignment with the company&#8217;s visual identity and branding guidelines.</li>
</ul>
<p> Branding:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure consistent application of the company&#8217;s brand guidelines across all design elements.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and evolution of the company&#8217;s visual identity.</li>
</ul>
<p> Digital Media: </p>
<ul>
<li>Design graphics for digital media channels, including social media posts, website elements, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging visuals for online promotions.</li>
</ul>
<p> Print Collateral: </p>
<ul>
<li>Produce high-quality print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage.</li>
<li>Liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of materials.</li>
</ul>
<p> Photography and Image Editing: </p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in photo editing and manipulation to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials.</li>
<li>Collaborate with photographers to ensure high-quality images for marketing use.</li>
</ul>
<p> Creative Concept Development: </p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide input on visual elements that resonate with the target audience.</li>
</ul>
<p> Collaboration: </p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual elements with overall messaging.</li>
</ul>
<p> Market Trends and Tools: </p>
<ul>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends and design tools.</li>
<li>Continuously update skills to leverage new design technologies and methodologies.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications and Skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a graphics designer, preferably in the real estate or related industry.</li>
<li>Knowledge of print production processes and digital media requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, coral draw, still image, 3D, motion graphics and figma).</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.</li>
</ul>
